Delivery | Return & Exchange Policies for IMDA

At IMDA , we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Below are our policies regarding Delivery Time , Returns , and Exchanges . Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth transaction.

 

 

1. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka : Delivery will take 48 – 72 hours after the order is placed.
  • Outside Dhaka : Delivery will take 72 – 96 hours after the order is placed.

2. Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure transparency and fairness, here are the guidelines for returning products:

  • Inspection During Delivery :
    Please inspect the product carefully while the delivery rider is still present. If you decide not to accept the product for any reason, you must return it before the rider leaves.

  • Delivery Charge for Returns :
    If you choose not to accept the product during delivery, you will be required to pay the delivery charge.

  • No Returns After Delivery :
    Once the delivery rider departs, we will not be able to process any return requests. It is essential to make your decision while the rider is with you.

 

 

3. Exchange Policy

If the product you received has a size issue or does not match your requirements, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame for Exchange :
    You have a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Please contact us within this period, and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size.

  • Condition of the Product :
    The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • No Exchanges After 3 Days :
    After the 3-day period, we will no longer be able to process any exchange requests. Kindly ensure that your exchange request is made within the given time frame.
